2、建議使用軟硬水需軟化處理后使用，避免造成散熱器內部堵塞及水垢的產(chǎn)生。

3、在冬季為防止結冰造成芯子破裂現象，如攪拌車(chē)長(cháng)期停車(chē)或間接停車(chē)時(shí)，應將水箱蓋和放水開(kāi)關(guān)，將水全部放出。

4、水位計應每3個(gè)月清洗一次或視實(shí)際情況，各部件拆下用溫水加無(wú)腐蝕性洗滌劑清洗。

5、散熱器內完全放水再注水時(shí)，要先將發(fā)動(dòng)機缸體的放水開(kāi)關(guān)扭開(kāi)，有水流出時(shí)，再關(guān)上，從而避免產(chǎn)生水泡。
5. When the radiator is completely drained and then filled with water, the drain switch of the engine block should be turned on first, and then turned off when there is water flowing out, so as to avoid the generation of blisters.
6、在日常使用中應隨時(shí)檢查水位，要停機降溫后加水。加水時(shí)，將水箱蓋慢慢打開(kāi)，作業(yè)人員身體應盡量遠離加水口，以防高壓蒸汽油加水口噴出造成燙傷。

8、在使用防凍液，為了避免散熱器的腐蝕，請務(wù)必使用正規廠(chǎng)家生產(chǎn)且符合國家標準的長(cháng)效防銹防凍液。
8. In the use of antifreeze, in order to avoid the corrosion of radiator, please be sure to use the long-term anti rust antifreeze produced by regular manufacturers and in line with national standards.
9、視實(shí)際情況用戶(hù)應在1～3個(gè)月間對散熱器進(jìn)行完全清洗一次芯體。清洗時(shí)，用清水沿反進(jìn)風(fēng)向側沖洗。
9. According to the actual situation, the user should clean the radiator completely once every 1-3 months. When cleaning, wash with clean water along the side of the reverse wind direction.
10、在安裝散熱器過(guò)程中，請不要損壞散熱帶(片)和碰傷散熱器，以保證散熱能力和密封。
