自動(dòng)攪拌車(chē)在卸料時(shí)應該注意什么？

1、自上料攪拌車(chē)卸料前讓攪拌罐全速運轉一兩分鐘。讓混凝土充分攪拌，必要時(shí)可以加一些水，讓混凝土攪拌得更均勻，也方便卸料。
1. Let the mixing tank run at full speed for one or two minutes since the loading mixer is unloaded. Allow the concrete to be fully mixed. If necessary, add some water to make the concrete mix more evenly and facilitate unloading.
2、放料前先把出料斗溜槽打濕。放料時(shí)把車(chē)盡量停在平地上放料前先把出料斗溜槽打濕，方便清洗。

4、自上料攪拌車(chē)攪拌罐一定要仔細地沖洗干凈。洗罐子時(shí)要仔細的沖洗干凈，并把水反復的正反轉兩次，再放出來(lái)，一趟時(shí)把水箱的水全部放進(jìn)罐子，再回到站加水清洗罐子。
