中科自上料攪拌機剩料如何清理
在使用中科自上料攪拌機的過(guò)程中，有時(shí)會(huì )遇到一些事故。如果遇到這種情況，如何清洗槽內剩余的物料?
In the process of using the self feeding mixer, there are some accidents. If this happens, how to clean the remaining materials in the tank?
1.關(guān)閉控制室電源開(kāi)關(guān)，并懸掛“不關(guān)閉”警告標志。
1. Turn off the power switch in the control room and hang the warning sign of "do not turn off".
2.通知裝載機發(fā)生碰撞，并將裝載機斗與主機進(jìn)料口對齊。
2. Inform the loader of collision and align the loader bucket with the main machine feed port.
3.打開(kāi)倉庫門(mén)，員工穿戴防護裝備進(jìn)入主機。用鏟子、風(fēng)槍等工具清理未完成的混凝土。
3. Open the warehouse door, and employees wear protective equipment to enter the host. Clean the unfinished concrete with shovel, air gun and other tools.
4.打開(kāi)卸車(chē)門(mén)，將可卸車(chē)的未攪拌混凝土卸車(chē)。

5.清理完罐內混凝土后，工作人員檢查主機葉片是否有損壞，直到確認主機底板和葉片完好為止。工作人員離開(kāi)主機后，關(guān)閉主機倉門(mén)。

6.當確定電源接通或車(chē)輛運行正常時(shí)，應觀(guān)察斜帶、平帶上的砂礫，配合控制室操作員通過(guò)裝載機進(jìn)行清理。

如果中科自上料攪拌機在使用過(guò)程中出現問(wèn)題，不能運行的內部混凝土會(huì )及時(shí)排除，如果混凝土凝結在罐內，會(huì )造成車(chē)輛腐蝕。
